2010 RESIDENTIAL SERVICE BILLING RATES

Service Calls

All FIRST YEAR WARRANTY calls performed between 8:00AM and 8:00PM Monday thru Saturday will be subject to a No Charge service charge diagnostic fee.

All non-warranty calls performed between 8:00AM and 8:00PM on Monday-Saturdays will be subject to a $96.00 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repairs charges.

All non-warranty calls will be subject to a $136.00 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair costs for all calls after 8:00PM Monday thru Saturday, Sundays, and Holidays.

First Year In-Warranty Calls

Any calls after 8:00PM will be subject to overtime or overtime differential rates.

First year warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential rate of $60.00 per hour, one-hour minimum then rounded up to the next half hour for all calls after 8:00PM Monday thru Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.

Second Year or beyond “Equiguard” or “Carrier” or “Trane” Extended Warranty Calls

Second year “Equiguard” or “Carrier” or “Trane” extended warranty customers will be subject to the overtime differential rate of $60.00 per hour, one-hour minimum then rounded up to the next half hour for all calls after 5:00PM Monday thru Friday and all calls on Saturday’s, Sunday’s and Holiday’s even when the problem is with the serial numbered equipment.

Second year “Equiguard” or “Carrier” or “Trane” extended warranty customers will be subject to a $96.00 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair costs for calls performed Monday thru Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM when the problem is not specifically related to the serial numbered equipment or any maintenance related item.

Second year “Equiguard” or “Carrier” or “Trane” extended warranty customers will be subject to a $136.00 service charge diagnostic fee plus any repair costs for calls performed Monday thru Friday after 5:00 PM, or Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays when the problem is not specifically related to the serial numbered equipment or any maintenance related item.
